  I went in to get a issue I had with my phone fixed but Wilson helped me and even had me walking out with a new phone for myself and my grandmother. He was outstanding and I have never received better customer service anywhere else ever! Thank you Wilson

  We seem to be at the mercy of the manager I order to return anything. Was there today to return two chargers that I was told would fit into the Samsung 7edge and the Samsung 7 but didn’t. The girl behind the counter wasn’t too helpful bcz she said returns have to be done with the managers fingerprints. Really not a great way to conduct business esp ppl who don’t live close and made a special trip just to return something. Now I have to call back and hope the manager is there when I’m in the area again. I am completely dissatisfied with the company and their return policy.
