  I have been coming to PC Richard and Son in Route 46 in Wayne NJ for many years. I could not be any more proud of the great salesman Harris Brown that took care of my family and I. If you are looking for a great salesman in this store, I highly recommend him. He has always been one of the most polite, well mannered, helpful, generous and easy going guy. Just by coming to the store, my family and I were always greeted with his contagious smile and great character. This man has made me eager to always buy the latest gadgets the store has to provide for my family and I. I can not wait to do another shopping day here. Always have been a pleasure here, he is also like family towards us.

  Happy Holidays To All! I recently purchased a dishwasher (11/25/17) and although there we encountered a few issues due to space size under my counter to install new dishwasher, the help and support provided by Nancy was outstanding. Her call to action to ensure that I received the help and information required to rectify the problem was spot on. Your delivery team was courteous, helpful and friendly truly professionals. Being in sales and customer relations for 30+ years, this is what you come to expect when you yourself need to purchase an item. However in today's world unfortunately most often does not occur.
