  I went in today to get Santa gloves for a Santa outfit for where I work. I was looking and christene came over and asked me if I needed help. I explained that I worked at oasis a haven for women and children. She told me she has donated clothing there and asked me if iwas the chef she saw me on our Facebook page.. she found a pair of gloves they were too small for Jim our Santa. She helped me order a pair. Christene was so helpful she is a great asset to party city. Thank you

  Very Disappointed , been going here since I was a kid. My sister had a bad experience over a order of Balloons for a Bridal shower. Very RUDE STAFF! LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST OFF, THEY EXPECT RESPECT BUT DON"T GIVE ANY! Not a place with good customer service .
